Founded in 2018, Groundstate Coffee Roasters began as a café and yoga
studio.

We’ve since evolved, focusing on roasting exceptional specialty
 coffee at our Dublin roastery. We provide wholesale coffee to cafes, 
restaurants, and bars across Ireland and offer premium coffee online. 
Our commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing ensures 
that every cup supports fair trade practices and benefits the entire 
supply chain.

We’re committed to making specialty coffee in Ireland more sustainable — from how we source to how we ship.

For every sack of green coffee, we plant native Irish trees with Hometree.ie and donate 1% of coffee sales to Clean Coasts, helping protect Ireland’s forests and coastlines.

Our packaging is designed to be home-compostable or fully recyclable, and we continue to reduce waste across our supply chain — including reusable wholesale bag systems that cut single-use plastic nationwide.
